Operating Regulations for Centrifugal Pumps

Pump start-up
A. Before operation, check the flexibility of pump rotation.
B. Close the outlet valve of the pump;
C. Check whether the diversion water is normal.
D. Turn on the power supply and gradually open the pump outlet valve when the motor reaches the rated speed.
Pump operation
A. During the operation of the pump, the pressure gauge readings, the vibration and murmur of the pump are often observed, and the leakage of the filler is observed to exceed the standard.
B. The difference between the bearing temperature and the ambient temperature is not more than 80 degrees Celsius when the maximum temperature of the bearing is not more than 80 degrees Celsius.
C. The optimum quantity of lubricant filling is 1/3-1/2 of the bearing body space.
D. Pay attention to the motor current, temperature and other parameters within the specified range.
Stop it
Close the outlet valve and close the power switch.
Maintenance and Maintenance
1. Maintaining surface hygiene of equipment;
2. Insulation performance of motor is checked regularly.
3. When the ambient temperature is below 0 C in winter, the water stored in the pump body should be radiated after shutdown, so as to avoid freezing and cracking.
4. Seals with excessive clearance and serious leakage should be replaced in time.
5. When long-term shutdown occurs, the equipment should be thoroughly hygienized, the pump body should be dismantled, the water on all parts should be wiped clean, and the rust-proof oil should be coated and kept well.
